The Flower Maidens by Mariano Fortuny Autumn: how lush, how quiet it is. In the mornings everything is misty and cold. I spent the last week in new york and connecticut — taking the 7 train back and forth to see friends in hudson yards, running across the pier with S, across the high line, walking deep into the golden fall foliage every morning.
