I’m a complete hypocrite on this point — I still eat meat, even though I think it’s morally wrong. So I don’t expect the world to go vegetarian anytime soon. That’s why the promise of cultivated meat — also known as lab-grown meat or tissue-culture meat — is so alluring to me.
