Clinical manifestations of Sjögren's disease: Extraglandular disease INTRODUCTION Sjögren's disease (SjD) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by autoimmune-induced inflammation of exocrine glands, particularly the lacrimal and salivary glands, with resultant dry eyes and dry mouth.
