Over the past month, I’ve been reflecting on journaling in the context of things that restore my stability and balance. Pen and paper give me space to honestly look at my emotions, question my own thoughts and capture insights that I would otherwise not realise I have. There is something magical about transforming the messy cloud of my inner experiences into a tangible form - like words, movements, or images.
