AI is transforming the world as we know it, and like with any big change, people are afraid. Not just the people you’d expect. Everyone. All the way down the stack. We tend to assume fear lives at the bottom, hitting Junior employees, new grads, and people without leverage. That's not what's happening right now. Uncertainty runs through every single layer and level at the same time. As someone who works in AI, I have some thoughts about what’s going on at every layer.
