Notes / syllabus from Philosophy of Exercise, a class I taught at SPARC. I’ve made changes since camp ended, so some things are slightly different. I am not super fit or athletic, but it seemed like something important to convey to the average SPARC student (relatively nerdy, more interested in introspection and intellectualism.)
