Maybe it’s “living in 2025”, maybe it’s “being 23”… but here’s how life’s been feeling from where I stand in the world. Nothing feels stable anymore. The world feels hyper-individualized, we’re polarized, we’re drowning in ✨content.✨ Fancy words bounce around my brain — AI Hallucination, Enshittification, the Dead Internet Theory. It’s hard to tell if this is how everyone else is experiencing life — surely there are elementary school teachers and lawyers whose days have remained relatively unchanged by the summersaults the tech world is undergoing — but there are definitely signs that it’s not just me.
