🎯 Perfectionism: I'm a perfectionist by nature, and I love to be so, but it's demonstrated that perfectionism is counterproductive. 🌧 Pessimism: I define myself more as a realist, but this realism sometimes turns into pessimism, which transforms into paralysis. ⏳ Procrastination: I can't tell you how much I've fought this trait; it drives me crazy and is probably the main threat to my productivity. How do I combat the 3 Ps? ✅ I've learned to aim for just "good enough" when I do things. Sometimes it hurts a bit, but getting things done is more rewarding. 🌈 I force myself to think positively and be a bit less cynical. It doesn't always work, but I'm getting better at it. 🚀 Overthinking is what leads me to procrastinate the most. I push myself not to overthink, to jump into things, and to eventually rework them in a second iteration. All these things work, but it's crucial to find a good balance; otherwise, you'll end up with: - Poor work - Too high expectations - Work to do again We'
