Tidbits I've learned that have made my life better
In this newsletter I’m more interested in exploring what I don’t know rather than what I know, but I’ll make an exception to share a few things that have made my life richer, and could potentially make yours a bit easier: I witnessed email evolve from a fun toy to something more tedious, but I know there are ways to make it better. One: When emailing someone to ask for a favor, start by asking the favor first, THEN move on to small talk. I always rush through the “Hope you’re well!” paragraph to get to the Big Ask.
