At a college internship at IMG academy coaching basketball, a player around my age once told me “I can’t tell if you’re 20 or 40”. I was 20. Now I’m 35. And I’m sharing a list of 35 things I would have told/reminded my 20 year old self. Most of them are simple, but hard. This list is focused on being happy.
