March 30, 2026 We used AI to predict the failure of a Phase III trial before the results were announced. Today, we're publishing ten more predictions for the future. In 2023, Gossamer Bio decided to advance its pulmonary hypertension drug to a Phase III trial. The drug had performed poorly in a prior Phase II1, but the company noticed exceptionally strong efficacy in a small patient subgroup with very severe disease.
