Good work takes time!
This is an idea that builds on my first post regarding the importance of consistency in doing good work. In our house reflection today, we helped one of our housemates unpack the reason why he is feeling lost and unfulfilled with work. He is very ambitious, driven, and fast but he oftentimes (1) sets a goal that is way too high for his current capability and (2) gives himself too little time to practice and build his craft to get to the desired state.
