Over this past week, I have been feeling a bit unstructured and stuck at my work. I didn’t run the product meeting as well as I expected. I didn’t come up with clear ideas for our course designs. I wasn’t sure if I work on the most impactful tasks every day to help drive our business forward. I didn’t know if I spent my time wisely. I didn’t hit the OKRs that I set for myself.
