Dearest friend, I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned this to you, but I have never fallen in love. That isn’t to say I’ve never loved anything or anyone, or never had relationships that I consider love. I’m not much of a social butterfly to begin with, by choice and by nature, and like I told you before, I’m not entirely sure how I’ve even made friends or endeared myself to enough people to receive as much warmth and generosity as I do in multiple avenues of my life.
