A series of four large format prints, shot on commission for the Lyric Hotel group in San Francisco, CA. I joined Carbon3D in December of 2015, as they were ramping up to launch their first public product, the M1 printer. I worked closely with the CMO and the design lead to disrupt the additive manufacturing industry with cutting edge photography and design that served the technology with a sleek brand aesthetic unlike anything else in the space. In 2008, I rode a bicycle 6,405 miles from Portland, Oregon to Stowe, VT. I pulled a trailer loaded with camping and photography gear and shot photos of the land I passed through along the way. I used an atlas for navigation, making my route as I went, visiting friends and family, and aiming for places/ regions I’d never been before.
