23/11/2022 Sometimes, I feel like shit because I compare myself to others. I should say that this generally happens when I am tired, because then I feel more emotionally vulnerable and my baseline mood is lower, and I am more likely to sink into patterns/cycles of destructive, ruminating thinking (what does this really mean/entail?).
