Here's what I got after this book, which btw is probably one of my favourite books(!), and I'll word it simply. Consider this book a big metaphor for life and it's surrealistic nature, delivered to you in an impressionistic manner. Most people who love this book love it primarily for the feelings and inward view it stirs, more than the content itself. It's like a dream you're reading as a book, that you'd otherwise never remember. There's some beautiful prose in there, too, some of which do not contribute significantly to the core storyline but is very important for the full experience.…
