However, while the main purpose of this essay isn’t to expound on or explain his ideas in granular detail, you will at the very least get a rudimentary, yet practical view of what the “raypeatdiet” (RPD) specifically consists of. (If you’re already familiar with Ray Peat, then the following will just be a refresher) You must never utter these forbidden words in the presence of the peater acolytes: “What’s the Ray Peat diet?” Beware!
