These are direct quotes that stuck with me after an “organizing conversation” I had with a lifelong activist from Cleveland. This meeting was the first and last in-person conversation we ever had. She is someone I respected and wanted to activate in our quickly growing DSA chapter. She has decades of labor organizing experience while I am new to it. We are both activists.
