I am 26F and considered myself healthy. I exercise daily and try to eat mainly whole foods. I am a medical student and I am very health conscious. My exercise includes strength training 2x a week and 8k+ steps daily (was 12k+ but recently went down due to studying for boards). I have been strength training for 3 years on and off. I decided to do Advanced Labs because of the extensive biomarkers, and my love for the data. I am honestly taken aback realizing that I am slightly insulin resistant. I have had no other major health concerns, other than slight iron deficiency, which has been corrected with iron supplementation and diet changes. I had my suspicions due to carrying an unproportional amount of weight in my midsection and bloating when I ate carbs. I thought it was just digestive issues. I also experienced hormonal breakouts and cravings but I always attributed it to my cycle and possible food intolerance. Since I caught it early, I plan on dropping my weight about 15lbs, and tak
