I’ve always tried to accommodate him and make him feel like that he was admired, appreciated and respected. So when he told me that it was like, wow, you can’t respect me enough to at least communicate this with me the moment you felt this way so that we can work on it together

a video generation model creates footage of a robot completing a task, such as tidying a room. That video is then used to guide a real robot in performing the same actions.
Unitree’s founder disputes VLA consensus, backs video-trained models for robotics
His core argument is that simply feeding more data into immature models is inefficient. A well-designed embodied model, he suggested, might perform well with only a limited amount of high-quality data.

The main problem, in his view, is data, or the lack thereof. VLA models require vast, high-quality datasets to function effectively in the real world.

My reset looked like this: • Friends & family: I’ve seen more of them in 10 months than in the 6 years before. • Work & sport: Went all-in. Running, gym, building discipline. • Solo trips: Hostels, strangers, pushing my introverted side. • Writing: Getting the poison out on paper instead of keeping it inside.

open-ended conversation to structured experiences represents the most critical evolution in your system's maturity

the recurring interactions must be prioritized, since these signal genuine use cases that users return to repeatedly
Oleve | Building Products That Scale
Start by clustering conversations and interactions into observable patterns (specifically user intents because at the end of the day, the goal of the system is to service a user's intention).
