My bias might be evident, as possibly one of the only Japanese foodies who hates ramen, but I feel even without my distaste towards ramen, my love for Udon will shine just as brightly. While it’s not as “sexy” as ramen, what’s not to love – thick and chewy noodles, generally in a warm soothing broth that feels like a comforting hug.
