There's an exercise called "change the channel" to use when you notice you are comparing yourself to others. stop dead and start describing the things you see quickly. "I see a chair, I see a tree, I see grass, etc." Until the thought is redirected. When it creeps back in do it again, faster and faster. It'll break the cognitive loop that you're stuck in.

People who appear to be rich are really poor, people who appear to be confident are really insecure, and people who appear to be happy are really hurting. The trick is to not compare your insides to other peoples’ outsides.

all of your points are 2 lines, that's too much. Recruiters probably only read the first line before skipping the rest. so many commas in your resume points, doesn't flow well and can be hard to understand. This is especially true for recruiters that are just scanning your resume. know your audience. The very first thing a recruiter sees is "Developed an image transition feature for a GIS...". I personally have no idea what any of that means, so might not be a good first impression for a recruiter.

Toss a few applications at your "dream" jobs but focus on local places in TO that suit your skillset.
