The reason is that such global phase factors have no impact on the results of the computation.
Quantum computing for the very curiousThat’s all a general quantum computation is! If you understand this model, you know what a quantum computer is.
Quantum computing for the very curiousIn natural science, Nature has given us a world and we’re just to discover its laws. In computers, we can stuff laws into it and create a world.
Quantum computing for the very curiousIt turns out that unitary matrices preserve the length of their inputs.
Quantum computing for the very curiousA key point to note is that after the measurement, no matter what the outcome, α\alphaα and β\betaβ are gone.
Quantum computing for the very curiousSo the way a quantum computation works is that we manipulate a quantum state using a series of quantum gates, and then at the end of the computation (typically) we do a measurement to read out the result of the computation.
Quantum computing for the very curiousThis is a fundamental primitive in quantum computing: it’s the way we typically extract information from our quantum computers.
Quantum computing for the very curiousStill, I draw your attention to it because this type of cancellation or reinforcement is crucial in many algorithms for quantum computers.
Quantum computing for the very curiousthe best way to understand something is to first use it, to get comfortable, to play a lot, and to do lots of informal experiments.
Quantum computing for the very curiousthe quantum state of a qubit is a vector of unit length in a two-dimensional complex vector space known as state space.
Quantum computing for the very curioussome example Cypher queries you could use for the basis of inserting blocks and transactions into Neo4j.
Graph Database Blockchain: How to Import Bitcoin Blockchain into Neo4j. The subject that interests him, he’s read newspapers, biographies, trade press. He went over to his grandfather who was a grocer and he read the progressive grocer magazine, and he read articles on how to stock a meat department... What he’s really done i
