21 Key Customer Service Skills (and How to Develop Them)
Competent: Consumers have identified competency as the element that plays the biggest role in a good customer experience. To be competent, a customer support professional must have a strong knowledge of the company and its products, as well as the power to fix the customer’s problems. The more knowledge they have, the more competent they become.
21 Key Customer Service Skills (and How to Develop Them)
Why is customer service important? When 86% of customers quit doing business with a company due to a bad experience, it means that businesses must approach every support interaction as an opportunity to acquire, retain, or up-sell. Good customer service is a revenue generator. It gives customers a complete, cohesive experience that aligns with an organization’s purpose. According to a variety of studies, U.S. companies lose more than $62 billion annually due to poor customer service, and seven out of 10 consumers say they’ve spent more money to do business with a company that delivers great se…

“We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race, and the human race is filled with passion. Medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.”

As writers, we should write because we want to write. Sing because you enjoy singing. Paint because you love to paint. People can see your passion through your art, and it drives them towards you.

Everything we think about creativity and ourselves as creators are subjective. Emily Dickinson thought her poems were not publishable and didn’t publish anything while she was alive. But we are all reading and loving her words after centuries.

Note: The tick box has the value of TRUE when it’s ticked and FALSE if not.
Comparison Operators in Google Sheets and Equivalent Functions
The so-called comparison operators are “=”, “ ”, “>=” and “ ”. In Google Sheets there are also operator type functions equivalent to these comparison operators. The functions are EQ, LT, LTE, GT, GTE, and NE.

You’ll be better able to tailor your copy to people. Big Data is just the beginning. Companies are collecting data on what people do and what they’re interested in and what they want, and that’s going to allow you to write copy that is more targeted and more helpful than ever.
What Will Copywriting Look Like in 10 Years?
There’ll be better ways to translate copy. Right now, translation programs are pretty basic. They generally can’t account for context, colloquialisms, or a number of other idiosyncrasies across languages. And human translation can be good, but it’s expensive and time-consuming.

this isn’t anything new but calling someone a simp just bc they aren’t misogynistic — that’s ugly people behavior
'Simp behaviour' is just a way of shaming men that treat women well
When I quizzed Harry about how even a joking use of the word simp could affect a man, and sway him away from being “sweet” to girls, he said: “I think it could. Some men can be quite closely affected by stuff like that. There’s a lot of pressure for men and they’re constantly evaluating how they come across to women – they have to act a certain way. Being called a simp might make you feel less confident in approaching women. Plus I think the word does perpetuate the stereotype that nice guys finish last. That you have to be a bit of a prick to get a woman or to approach her in the first place,…

The truth is that every use of simp – by men, on men – even as a joke, is laced with misogyny. Simp is 2020’s “that’s so gay”. It’s the current-day version of “don’t be a pussy”.

What is a Boolean Value? A Boolean value, which is sometimes called a logical value, is one of several types of data used in spreadsheets in applications like Excel and Google Sheets. Named after the 19th-century mathematician George Boole, Boolean values are part of a branch of algebra known as Boolean algebra or Boolean logic. Boolean logic is vital to all computer technology, not just spreadsheet programs, and rests on the concept that all values can be reduced to either TRUE or FALSE—or, because computer technology is based on the binary number system, either 1 or 0.
