I got into YC Startup School for the second time this year and almost didn’t go. How could I possibly learn anything new? I couldn’t have been more wrong. In 4 days, I’ve absorbed more value than I did for the past 4 months. I felt compelled to write this article and share all the lessons I’ve learned. It took me 3 days to consolidate my notes, but I hope these reflections would be useful to other builders, founders, and even investors.
