REPRESENTATIONS OF FINITE GROUPS This is a preliminary version of a revised version of the chapter on group represen- tations. I don’t want to include it yet in the full course notes because some of you may have been using the current version of the notes and the switch to a new version may be confusing. The notes below follow the presentation of the material as we have done it this year in class. There are probably typos, hopefully all self-evident and easily fixable.
