Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky ( Ukrainian Volodymyr Oleksandrovich Zelensky ; born January 25 , 1978 , Krivoy Rog , Dnepropetrovsk region , Ukrainian SSR , USSR [6] ) is a Ukrainian statesman and political figure .
