“Do you have any advice for me?” It’s a question that one of us (Ed) commonly gets after seminars and at conferences. I never know how to answer the question. Should I recommend that the advice-asker take more risk, or less? Well, the answer depends on whether the advice-asker is already too timid or too foolhardy.
