We believe that scientific collaboration across borders is key to addressing global challenges. Through our Science Fellowships Program, we support the next generation of researchers and STEM educators by enabling international exchange, advancing scientific excellence, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. For 2026, we are supporting 50 Fellows who have been selected from 388 applications. Science Infectious disease outbreaks and climate-related health threats are placing increasing pressure on health systems across West Africa. To strengthen local scientific capacity and improve preparedness, we joined forces with the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and established the Bayer-Humboldt Research Hub – Center for Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases (HRH-CERID).
