A floating pathway I encountered along the way In December of 2024 I had mono, a disease which upended my life and caused me fatigue issues that plague me to this day. I recently tried a new recovery tactic with astonishing results. On Sunday last week I woke up too tired to complete my 10 minutes of daily yoga: a sure sign that I was entering a low-energy period.
