Cole Hume’s Post 1y I frequently refer to myself as a recovering Type A. At UCLA, Type A is the norm. It can be both inspiring and awfully dangerous. By Type A, I mean someone with a hyper ambitious and competitive personality. Frequently, this type of person tries to optimize every variable in their life. We like our Huberman podcasts.
