In this post I talk about what in my opinion makes a good photo, and how to improve and grow as a photographer.
Ansel Adams apparently once noted: “the single most important component to a camera is the twelve inches behind it.” I say apparently because I don’t know where he wrote it or if there is any proof that he said it, so let’s take that with a grain of salt. It is quite a popular quote and I tend to think it could be real. I have to say I don’t completely agree with that quote. I would personally go further and say that what matters in photography is what is in front of the camera –– and only then, what is behind the camera.
