In a public event, with an audience of 2,000 mostly young students, I was asked what advice I would give a young graduate leaving university. Quite spontaneously, I answered: “It’s the same advice that I give myself—stay a student!” What did I mean by that? Dare to challenge and to question, but also be a good listener. Stay curious about everything and never be afraid to ask, but above all else be humble. Since then, with more time to reflect, what would I add?
