GPT-3 Prompt engineering is trending as a new skill one should learn to use generative AI models. Is it engineering? Is it art? Or is it just plain simple hacking? A little bit of all I'd say. Can it be more engineering and less hacking though? After all that's what software engineers expect from their tools.
