Diamond Head Dream by James Coleman I left Hawaii last week. I had been meaning to write earlier but I just . . . couldn't get myself to. I think of that saying that goes, life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards. I like to think that while I was in Hawaii I was just living life forwards; and now that I've left, I can reflect backwards.
