If you would like to see presentations from past participants in the SEAS Research Open House, you can see them on this page. The purpose of this site is to actively connect all undergraduates to SEAS labs. The site was developed by the Task Force for Undergraduate Research Participation, a volunteer group of staff and faculty in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) who work to broaden participation in undergraduate research and lower barriers to entry for undergraduate students. Harvard has an exceptional research landscape, and all interested undergraduates should have the opportunity to participate in it. We encourage students to explore research early as it is a key aspect of the educational experience. A research experience provides an opportunity to learn new skills, build a project portfolio, and create connections that can lead to a senior thesis or capstone project.
