A few months ago when I decided to go back to Vietnam to pursue entrepreneurship, I told myself that I embarked on this journey because I think it will bring me the most learning, more than joining an established company. I chose entrepreneurship because I value personal learning and growth. I was approaching this whole endeavor as a vehicle for, well, ME. Every week, I asked myself what I have learned, how I have grown, and what skillsets I have built. I was quite restless about my growth in building the business. "How will this journey accelerate MY growth? What skills and strengths will I build from this experience? Where do I see MYSELF in 5 years? How does this journey fit into that 5 year plan?" It was all about self, self, self! Don't get me wrong - I genuinely get energized by self-improvement and expanding my capabilities.
