Abletone Learning Synth is nice intro. Never Before Heard Sounds is working on some neat tech. Sometimes use Sonic Pi & Ableton to make music. Omni & SuperCollider are interesting. As Nils Frahm is my favorite artist and I love his synthesizer setup. I want to get into it playing synths/pianos more. Hania Rani & Ólafur Arnalds have great songs I want to learn to play too.
