Escaping "the normal science straightjacket" through a unique special issue
Last week Anthropic released a new product called “Claude Science”, and when I loaded it up and got to work I had two thoughts. First, I was amazed at what it could do. I haven’t done deep dives into what’s behind it, but it appears to have brought together a suite of tools and specialized agents for the tasks and projects used in science. It’s targeted toward hard sciences (that’s where the money is), but I’ve been experimenting with it and it seems to work great for social science.
