Energy Cultivation Cycles — Lex
Who are the most optimistic people in my life that I want to learn from? I want to get started early in the morning and set the vibe. I can’t be leaking my energy out. Also, having some repetition in my thinking is a good start, and I think I can make more progress like that. I want to see my thoughts into fruition. It’s important for me to voice out my thoughts, and be more precise with the language that I’m using. Be precise with words. Be precise, be concise, premise, promise. There’s a lot of beautiful words that I’m outputting. But I ‘m not normal. I’m quite acoustic, and I don’t want to hold myself to that standard. I don’t want to hold myself to that standard anymore, and I want to make sure that I’m putting one foot over the other. And making progress on my goals. I’ve been really tired recently, and I want to make sure that I protect my energy and don’t give away too much of myself. I enjoy my saturday’s and i want to protect my energy. Cultivate more energy, and look forwards
