I bought the Eurolink eSIM at home in Australia, couldn't download/add the eSIM to my Google Pixel phone at all. Airalo tech support helped me troubleshoot, and suggested deactivating the original eSIM and issuing me a new one, but it didn't solve the problem. Eventually they suggested trying to download and add the eSIM while connected to a different WiFi network in a different location, and this did work. However, now that I'm in Turkey, it seems that my phone is reporting (via dialling *#06# and reading the ICCID number) that it has installed the first (deactivated) eSIM and not the second one - so I can't use the internet, and I can't even access the Airalo app or website because they're blocked in Turkey.
