Sam Wright’s Post 3y Edited After working with over 1,000 career coaches through Huntr, here's what we've learned: AI will not replace coaches. That's because coach-work is care work. In a tough job market, a little support and motivation from someone who's on your side can make a world of difference. Sure, computers can help match skills on a resume to keywords in a job description. Or help a resume beat an ATS. They can also help make the coaches and job seekers be more organized and efficient (like what we do with Huntr!) But only a coach can listen. And only a coach can help job…
