I’m renovating my bedroom and I need some serious interior-design help. The room is approximately 20 × 20 ft and, unfortunately, I’ve already committed to a fairly large plywood + veneer structure running through the center of the room. I’m worried I’ve made the room look too dark/wood-heavy, and I want to figure out how to make it look intentional, modern and expensive rather than like I made a huge mistake.
