Leave a comment Now jumping into today’s blog: Last week, I had an interesting conversation with a friend about relationships. It made me realize one thing that would change the way I interact with people. During the conversation, my friend asked me: “When do you know that you are in a great relationship?” I paused. I thought of my wife. I thought of my friends. And I filtered all the criteria that popped up in my head—and chose the most important one: “I know I’m in a great relationship when I can create a safe space—where not only I, but also my friend or partner, feels positively about themselves.” Of course, everyone has different types of friends—including me. Some friends are people I do stuff with. Some are people I entrust with my deepest secrets. Some are my 6AM
