I'm Helena & this is my personal website. I currently work at METR, hunting for the best people in the world to take on its most wicked problems. I just wrapped up running the Generator Residency at Constellation, a program to magnify AI safety generalists and fieldbuilders. I think mitigating catastrophic risks from AI is one of the most important things to ensure the future goes well, and there is a lot of work to do.
