A few weeks ago, for the first time in years, I went to church. Not a mindfulness meditation class, mind you. Not some clinically-proven-to-prevent-depression Vipassana retreat. Just a good old fashioned Sunday Christian service. Well, not entirely old fashioned—they were cool and modern enough to have a rainbow flag flying outside.
