Many decisions we have to make on a day to day basis are much easier than we treat them as. This is a partial guide to how you can recognise that and start lowering the cost of decision making.

Hi everyone, Today I thought I’d teach you one of my superpowers, which is making easy decisions. I think people are bad at making these, and in particular are bad at even noticing that they exist, and I’d like to help you fix that. I should warn you that following this advice may transform you into a strange and alien creature.
