This booklet was made sometime in the late 1960's, likely the summer of 1967. Although the author is given as George Metesky, a notorious criminal nicknamed the "Mad Bomber", it was in fact written by Abbie Hoffman, who included it as an appendix to his later book Revolution for the Hell of It.
