I talked about it in the previous week’s newsletter — me and Sharif decided to do a live stream to force us to get some stuff out. It went really, really well. I wanna talk a bit about why a live stream + the process to make the stream happen, how we set goals for it, and the results. We did a live stream because: One — I’m pretty fatigued by “launches” myself and rarely convert. I legit have not watched a company’s launch video in months. I actually despise launch culture in 2025 and miss the 2016 vibes of people just putting stuff out they were jamming on. Two — We both really like deadlines where you can’t push them and have to deliver else we’d end up embarrassing ourselves. Forcing functions are good. Our goal for the stream was pretty simple: Find 10 legit teams down to pay us $99 a month + do a good demo. That’s it.
